The Draper University Engineering Fellowship is a 5-week immersive experience designed to accelerate the next generation of engineering leaders and founders. This is a hands-on, high-intensity program for ambitious engineers who are ready to build, grow, and lead — no degree required.
We're not just another fellowship. We’re building a launchpad for diverse talent with bold ideas. Our mission: to foster diverse leadership in robotics by investing in talented individuals from varied backgrounds. We’re here to increase innovation in STEM and empower the leaders who will shape the future of frontier / hardtech — not just at Draper, but across the entire industry. Build for 5 weeks with 40 of the brightest minds in your generation, and get the chance to win up to t$50k in investment at the end of the program to kickstart your journey.
